1. Membership
ZuriDate is a private, invitation-based dating and social club for adults aged 18 and over residing in or visiting Switzerland. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use ZuriDate respectfully. Harassment, impersonation, illegal content, solicitation of minors, or distribution of non-consensual material is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
3. Credits
Credits are an in-app utility used to unlock optional premium features. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable to real currency, and may expire if accounts remain inactive for 24 months.
4. Privacy and verification
We verify identities to protect the community. Verification data is encrypted, processed in Switzerland, and never shared with other members or third parties without legal obligation.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
